Whitebait Omelette, Mediterranean Fish & Salad, Rare Rib-Eye Steak, and Apples Calvados

Anne invites Tyra and Jeremy from Opensouls to her home at Pakiri and cooks inanga (whitebait) omelette, grilled fish stuffed with Kalamata olives and herbs and a Mediterranean salad to match, followed by rare rib-eye steak with silverbeet, mashed kumara, carrot, eggplant and cherry tomatoes, with apples flamed in Calvados liquer to finish.
