Morton Bay bugs, chilli crayfish linguine, a whole baked snapper, and Pears de Deux

Anne invites Miriama Smith & Jonny Williams over for lunch, cooking Morton Bay bugs with snap peas and beans, chilli crayfish linguine, a whole baked snapper with root vegetables topped with crispy sage. For dessert Anne makes a “Pear de Deux”, cooked with almonds and honey.
