Ata Marie Elixir

I needed a zap of good health today and here it is - my ata marie or good morning elixir. I'm now racing around like a lunatic from its benefits!

Serves 2


3 carrots, 1 beetroot, 1 orange and 1/2 of its zest, 1/2 lime and its zest, knob of ginger,  1/2 apple and generous splash of flaxseed oil

Zap all ingredients in your juicer then add generous splash of flaxseed oil. Enjoy!
